What We Did On Our Holiday, starring David Tennant and Rosamund Pike, is shown at an industry screening fair for film distributors and cinema operators at Film-Messe Köln in Germany today and tomorrow.
The German title is Ein Schotte macht noch keinen Sommer (which translates into One Scot Does Not Make A Summer), obviously hinting at the Scottish plot elements and playing with the proverb 'One swallow does not make a summer.'
The chances are great for What We Did On Our Holiday to be released in cinemas in Germany this fall since the Trade Fair's website gives a release date of 20th November. However, this is not an official date.
The UK release date is 26th September.
